The mobile experience was critical because 80% of their customers were viewing their website on mobile.
Key Mobile Features
To drive more sales, I included a ‘similar products’ section on the slide cart and a sticky cart to allow users to still add items to their cart after they scrolled past the add to cart button on the product pages.
Strategy Process
Our team got together and brainstormed on what parts of their website needed to be improved. We also came up with lots of ideas on features to add based on the users pain-points on their previous site.
This mind-mapping session is where we organized all of our thoughts before we kicked off the designs.
Planning
After brainstorming with the team, I took the information and created some rough sketches to develop some layout ideas before I created the fully interactive prototype to share with the client.
